The nourishandfeed.com.au website is owned and operated by Haylett-Petty Group Pty Ltd. (ABN:62 606 298 079). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time.

By purchasing an item advertised on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. nourishandfeed.com.au may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those amended Terms and Conditions.

TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS

All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, logos and illustrations, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by nourishandfeed.com.au and its related companies. The content of nourishandfeed.com.au is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Such material may not be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, modified, transmitted, posted, or distributed in any way without the consent of nourishandfeed.com.au.

The use of this website and these conditions is in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under Australian laws. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered between 7 am - 5 pm on the day of delivery. We generally need 72 hours notice for catering orders, however this can be amended if our head office is contacted via [email protected] and an earlier delivery is possible.

Please give as much information as possible regarding drop-off notes so our delivery driver can easily find you.

Shipping rates apply to postcodes depending on the distance from our kitchen in Osborne Park and our store delivery routes. These are subject to change at any time depending on the service that is provided. If you select the wrong delivery postcode we reserve the right to cancel and refund the amount.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours before your order is due to be prepared if your order was due to be picked up or delivered Tuesday - Friday. If you would like to cancel your order within the 24-hour period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you would like to cancel your order which was due to be picked up or delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday you will need to cancel by the Friday before by 2pm. If you would like to cancel your order after this period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

To cancel your order, you will need to contact the customer service team:

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you are not happy with a particular item, please let us know. Refunds are only applicable if you inform us by 9pm on the day your order is picked up or delivered. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team:

● By replying to the confirmation email.

● Complete the Contact Us form on the catering website here.

When requesting a refund, please include as much detail about your order and the damage/issue as you can. This will help us get to a resolution faster. Details you need to include are:

Your full name, that the order was placed with.

Your contact email, that the order was placed with.

Your order number – you will find this on the order confirmation email.

Images of any damage/issues from your order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds will take up to 10 business days to be credited back. If you haven’t received your refund after 10days from receipt of your refund (which would have automatically been sent to you at the time the refund was processed). First check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

COLLECTING YOUR CATERING ORDER:

Nourish and Feed catering orders must be collected from the agreed Nourish and Feed location at the agreed date and time. Nourish and Feed takes no liability for any orders not collected by the customer outside of this agreed location and time.

Consumption & Labelling of your Order: Generally, Nourish and Feed recommends our food is consumed within four (4) hours of the time of your order. Nourish and Feed takes no liability for any food consumed after this time.
